Javairia is an attorney on our asbestos team, focusing her practice on helping individuals and families affected by mesothelioma and other asbestos-related diseases.
A St. Louis native, Javairia works alongside other team members to secure recoveries from companies that have petitioned for bankruptcy and are known to have manufactured, supplied, and distributed asbestos-containing products.
Prior to joining SWMW Law, Javairia served as a law clerk for both an employment law firm and later a family law firm. She was also a student attorney for the SLU Law Entrepreneurship and Community Development Clinic, an endeavor that allowed her to provide legal representation to entrepreneurs, nonprofits, community groups, and small businesses.
“First and foremost, I became an attorney to help other people,” Javairia said. “Through my work at SWMW Law, I’m able to do just that. Our clients were harmed through no fault of their own, and I am proud to do whatever I can to ensure they receive the justice they deserve.”
While attending law school, Javairia served as editor of the Saint Louis University Law Journal. She currently resides in St. Louis.
