Our firm is proud of the strong relationships we have built across the country with unions, labor organizations, and their leadership. Our commitment to union workers is not only evidenced by our experience and results, but our dedication to workers both past and present.
Several of our attorneys, including Member Lauren Williams, come from union families, and one of our attorneys was a former union worker, himself. Another senior attorney worked to establish reduced rates for affiliated unions related to all their workers-compensation claims. We also have an attorney who works almost exclusively on the road, traveling to unions across the country full-time to educate members on the occupational risks of asbestos exposure and work closely with union leadership to provide valuable resources for workers.
