Attorney Matthew S. Nelke is an associate at SWMW Law. He joined the firm in 2023, focusing his practice on helping individuals and families affected by mesothelioma and other asbestos-related diseases.
As a member of the Bankruptcy Department within the firm’s Asbestos Practice, Matthew works with other team members to maximize recoveries from companies that have petitioned for bankruptcy and are known to have manufactured, supplied, and distributed asbestos-containing products.
Before joining the firm, Matthew worked in asbestos litigation for four years, both as a deposition attorney and as a lung-cancer associate.
In his role at SWMW Law, Matthew leverages his experience in asbestos litigation to secure the justice his clients deserve. He is driven by a desire to make the world a better place and give clients a no-nonsense advocate in the courtroom.
