ST. LOUIS, MO – SWMW Law, a law firm focusing on asbestos, mass tort, consumer and personal injury litigation, is pleased to announce Partner Luke Dalton will speak at Perrin Conferences’ National Asbestos Litigation Conference Sept. 29-30.

Held virtually this year due to COVID-19, the conference will feature two days of panels and presentations involving thought leaders from all perspectives and constituencies in asbestos litigation. Participants will include prominent plaintiff and defense attorneys, judges, in-house counsel, insurance professionals, risk managers, and scientific and medical experts.

“The firm is proud to have Luke represent SWMW Law at this year’s Perrin Conferences Asbestos Litigation Conference,” said SWMW Law Member Ben Schmickle. “Participating in this conference and other forums like it allow us to gain valuable insights that help us maximize results for our clients and families. We look forward to seeing what this year’s conference has to offer.”

Dalton will participate in the Tuesday evening panel discussion “Evolving Technology.” Joining Mary Margaret Gay, Sarah Paskiewicz and David Warren, Dalton will discuss the following:
