Mike Bilbrey
Of Counsel
Mike has nearly 40 years of experience litigating on behalf of mesothelioma and personal injury victims, handling cases that have included FELA Railroad injury, product liability and asbestos exposure. He is a key member of our discovery and trial team, working for clients across the country who have been injured by asbestos or other dangerous products.
As early as 1991, Mike began prosecuting asbestos cases and was involved in some of the earliest victories against asbestos manufacturers and distributors like Owens Corning Fiberglass. Mike has also focused on labor issues, representing Service Employees International Union Local 98, whose members are the janitors, cooks and support staff in the Granite City, Madison and Venice School Districts. He has represented hundreds of steelworkers, boilermakers, bricklayers, carpenters and other tradesmen.
Mike’s unparalleled experience fighting on behalf of victims and their families makes Mike a fearless advocate for his clients, doing whatever it takes to get them the justice and benefits they deserve.
Mike’s father was a railroad worker for 42 years, and his mother was an office worker for a trucking company — serving as a member of the Teamsters Union for many years. His parents work ethic continues to influence Mike’s mission to help hard-working people across the country who have suffered from corporate negligence.
Mike lives in Branson, Mo. with his wife, Linda, and their many animals.
