Lindy Henry, Associate
Originally from Montana, Lindy is a third-generation attorney with a passion for helping people harmed by the negligence of others.
Growing up, Lindy learned about the devastating effects of asbestos firsthand as the Libby, Montana, mine disaster unfolded in the mid-90s. For decades, toxic dust slowly contaminated an entire town, ultimately killing thousands. The problem was so extensive that the EPA began a clean-up effort in 1999 that was just completed in 2018.
Watching a company knowingly ignore such a significant health hazard was one of the forces that drove Lindy to pursue a career in law and study biology as an undergraduate. While in law school, she served as a clerk for SLU’s legal clinic, was on the trial advocacy team and also worked in the Missouri State Public Defender’s office.
Lindy lives in St. Louis city with her husband.
