Erin Hergenrother, Associate
Erin is an experienced litigator and advocate for clients injured by asbestos, medical devices or pharmaceuticals. She chose this speciality because of how life-changing good legal service can be for injured individuals and their families, which she’s seen first-hand in the handling of dozens of successful cases.
While attending Saint Louis University, Erin worked in the Saint Louis University Legal Clinic’s Civil Advocacy Department, where she helped people in need on a wide range of civil cases. Specifically, she handled multiple employment claims before the Labor and Industrial Relations Commission and Missouri Court of Appeals.
Prior to joining SWMW Law, Erin worked in two prominent St. Louis-area law firms, handling personal injury, asbestos and medical device cases; where she was active in legal strategy in both state and federal courts.
A St. Louis native, Erin lives in the Brentwood area with her husband. She also serves as a coach for the mock trial team at Nerinx Hall High School, her alma mater.
