Associate

Attorney Paige Turner is an associate at SWMW Law. She joined the firm in 2025, focusing her practice on helping individuals and families affected by mesothelioma and other asbestos-related diseases.
A team member in the firm’s Litigation Case Development department, Paige investigates asbestos-containing products, helping to maximize recovery for asbestos clients.
Before joining the firm and while in law school, Paige worked for Walmart in their ATF, License and Permits, and Product Safety and Compliance departments where she focused on regulatory compliance and corporate legal strategy. She also worked in the Civil Litigation and Advocacy Department of the Arkansas Law Legal Clinic where she represented low-income clients in a variety of civil matters, primarily employment related claims, including unpaid wages.
Paige prides herself in her ability to connect with clients, a trait she considers imperative in asbestos litigation.
“When I say that I care about my clients and will always go the proverbial extra mile for them, I mean it wholeheartedly,” she said. “I will always make myself available and take the time to address any concerns they may have, ensuring we reach the best possible outcome together.”
Paige’s work is driven by compassion, precision, and a dedication to making the legal system more accessible for those in need.
“I’ve always been drawn to helping people – especially during times when they feel overwhelmed or vulnerable. Becoming an attorney gave me the tools to do that in a meaningful way,” she said. “The legal world can be intimidating and difficult to navigate, and my goal is to be a trusted guide through that process. I want my clients to know they’re not alone – that someone is in their corner, fighting for them, listening to them, and making their voice heard.”
Leveraging her inquisitive nature and drive to find the root of a problem, Paige provides a dedicated advocate for her the clients she represents.
“I’m someone who loves to dig into a problem, understand the root cause, and find the best possible solution,” she said. “That’s part of what drew me to the law. Whether it’s a complex legal issue or a personal challenge a client is facing, I approach each situation with curiosity, persistence, and a real desire to help.”
Paige obtained her J.D. with cum laude honors from the University of Arkansas School of Law. While there, she was a member of the Business Law Society, Animal Legal Defense Fund, Women’s Law Student Association, and Environmental Law Society.
In addition to her empathetic approach in working with clients, Paige is also quick to share that passion with her community. While in undergrad in 2019, she planned and hosted a philanthropic event as the Director of Philanthropy to raise money for Service for Sight. She was also a member of the Delta Gamma fraternity. While in law school, she participated in town cleanups and other environmental initiatives hosted by the Environmental Law Society. She also volunteered at the Best Friends Pet Resource Center.
Outside of being an attorney, Paige enjoys spending time with her cat and cooking with her husband.
